WHO WE ARE
Paragon Consulting is a student-led diversity initiative focused on increasing the representation of first-generation, underrepresented, and low-income individuals in the consulting practice.
We aim to to equip our members with the tools and experience needed to successfully compete in today’s demanding workforce. We serve students from all walks of life and fields of study at the University of California, Berkeley.

To be recognized as the space of inclusivity where individuals go to find knowledge, challenge, and acceptance. Our vision is to become UC Berkeley's premier consulting organization that serves BIPOC entrepreneurs and small businesses by leveraging individual’s unique differences. ​

Educate our consultants about the intersections of business, and build their wealth of knowledge of the vast pathways they can pursue upon entering the workforce.

Support members on their endeavors to earn entry into the Walter Haas School of Business via mentorship opportunities and an extensive student network.
